Herbert W. Armstrong was used by God to build His Church during the 20th century (Matthew 16:18). He did so by preaching the gospel of the coming Kingdom of God per Jesus Christ’s plain instructions in Matthew 24:14. He also taught and trained many others to follow in his footsteps. But after his death in 1986, his building methodology was quickly abandoned and no one has effectively revived it since.

That brings us to the purpose of this book. After four-plus decades of delay, The Signet Church of God realizes that the Work of building God’s house has to be revived and finished before Christ can return!

Bible prophecy makes that quite clear too. In Zechariah 4:9 God says, “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house and his hands shall also finish it.” Then, in Haggai 2:23, God also declares that “he will make Zerubbabel” His end-time Signet stamp of approval on any such revival effort.

So how do we know that verses like these tie a present-day revival of God’s Work back to Herbert Armstrong? Simple, he told us that he was a “modern-day Zerubbabel” in a member letter he wrote back in 1981. And he wrote that letter because he also knew that God’s “spiritual temple” had to be completed before Christ returned.

Today, of course, Herbert Armstrong cannot be directly involved in reviving God’s Work, so it is our sincere hope that you will find this book to be both eye-opening and motivational – allowing it to stir you back into action at a time when action is sorely needed!
